Visual identity, custom lettering and website for Krater.Objects. Krater.Objects is a furniture and spatial design brand by Lea Pyndt, operating between furniture, sculpture, and architecture. The collection grows from years of material experimentation and design research.
Each object is conceived as a sculptural statement, designed to interact with space and engage contemporary interiors in a dialogue between object and architecture. Works are developed through a hybrid process, beginning with hand-sculpted clay and ceramic studies and refined through 3D modeling. Final pieces are 3D printed or cast in epoxy, preserving the textures and gestures of the original forms.
Krater.Objects is an evolving independent practice, creating functional yet expressive objects that shape the spaces they inhabit.

Krater exemplifies the next step in product design. The designer creates sculptural, organic works using both physical and digital tools, with each object produced through 3D printing technology.
This process layed the foundation for the visual identity. The contrast between three-dimensional digital constructions and organic forms inspired an expression where curved shapes are built from angular polygons. At first glance, the logotype and maker’s mark may appear as classic ornamental type design, but they are constructed entirely from hard edges rather than traditional curves. This approach creates a distinctive and striking visual language that challenges conventional design principles — much like Krater itself.
Part of the visual identity is a website functioning as a digital showroom for the different objects. Since Krater.objects already exist as 3D-objects, the solution was obvious — integrating 3D and AR as part of the website! The 3D showroom makes it possible to both view the objects from every possible angle, but also to place the object in AR using the camera on your phone.
